All prescription treatments are subject to a clinical review by a qualified prescribing pharmacist or clinician. Completion of our online consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Our team will assess your suitability based on your health information, current medications, and medical history. We may request additional information or supporting documentation before approving any treatment.

Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our prescribers and in accordance with current UK prescribing guidelines. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our systems.

If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance.
